Comfort for travellers

The features we can highlight concerning passenger comfort are:

• A high proportion of passengers may travel seated (between 20 and 30%).
• All trains offer air-conditioning.
• All underground stations are equipped with forced ventilation systems, with extraction under the platform, to achieve appropriate environmental conditions (of temperature, humidity, smells, etc.)
• Clear passage between carriages connected by circular rings.
• Elastic wheels (reduction of noise levels).
• Acoustic and visual signs (internal line layout posters) informing on the next station on the line.
• Indication of train destination to commuters on the platform.
• Selection of the line and route to be followed.
